1000 Bloggers Against Whaling

A few months ago, I signed up to show my support for MyRadicalBlogs.com’s 1000 Blogs Against Whaling Campaign.

Being the nice person that I am, I offered to create a few banners for Les so we could show our support of his campaign. I think they turned out pretty nice. You can see them here and I’ll be periodically rotating a few on my sidebars to show my support.

If you’re against people killing whales, take some time and sign up for his campaign. You’ll get free backlinks at the very least, and hopefully someday the petition will make a difference.

About Chelle

am backtracking a bit since i missed this earlier. i can’t say that i’m against whaling because i can live with some amount of whaling. what i’m against though are the situations of current unsustainable rates of whaling and fishing, where possibly sooner than we think, we’ll find that we have lost irreplaceable marine species.

will check out your banners. i like very much that you’re taking a stand, and doing something for what you believe in.

The banner is superduper! God…I have watched a TV programme about how the Japanese gun for the whales. It’s dispiteous.I hope that we can try our best to protect the whale from being hurt.
