A Tribute to Dad Bloggers

With Father’s Day soon approaching I thought it would be suitable to highlight some of my favorite Dad bloggers and pay them a special tribute with this post. Not to mention we had lots of fun with Dance of Motherhood’s Mom Bloggers contest and now it’s time for her Favorite Dad Bloggers Contest!
That being said, here are some of my favorite dad bloggers:
Saphrym.com: You can’t list father bloggers without including Saphrym, aka Michael White. With his Proud Daddy Moments, Secret to a Good Marriage, and Top 10 Ways to Amuse Yourself When You’re Sick as a Dog, Saphrym is full of wisdom on fatherhood, writing, thinking, and health.
Dad Thing: This is a blog I just recently found that is full of amusing acendotes from a dad’s point of view. It’s clear that Jared is loving every minute of being a dad, with posts about taking his son to the science center, adorable pictures of their little Ace, and seeing his son follow in his footsteps as a hat guy.
21st Century Dad: 21st Century Dad is another blog I came across recently that I really enjoyed. As the tag line goes “Doing everything a mom does except breastfeeding”, there’s plenty of good parenting gems here, including adventures in Baby Wearing, Potty Training, and taking the step out of stepchild.
Postcards From the Funny Farm: Damien Riley is another favorite blogger of mine, blogging with kids, a wife, and a full-time job and doing it very well at his site Postcards From the Funny Farm. With posts on everything from parenting to teaching to inspiration, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Other Dad bloggers I enjoy reading include: Marc from the Incurable Romantic, The Busy Dad, and Frugal Dad.
Happy Father’s Day to all of you Dads and I hope you enjoy visiting these Dad blogs as much as I do! They will help you with your own kids or even show you how to be a good step parent.
