		<description>I would only add one thing, and this has more to do with the delivery than the writing of the letter: actually mail it to him/her! I remember in school handing the object of my latest infatuation a letter declaring (blah, blah), and it just doesn't have the same impact as the surprise factor of getting it in the mail.

Try sending it to their place of work, and if you really want to make an impact you could have a courier hand deliver it with some flowers. However you choose to deliver it, writing a love letter will make you stand out from the crowd, if only because it is a dying art.
