I decided that a site about love naturally needs a little poetry. A little known fact about me is I’ve written some 2000 poems in my lifetime, but let me sadly be honest with myself and you : they all suck. Suck is such a horrible word but I can honestly think of none better. Terrible, horrible, crappy, distasteful…no, none of those words are nearly as accurate as the term “they suck”. Actually, some of the poems aren’t really THAT bad…but none of them are really love poems, they are mostly “out of love” poems, and I’m not in the mood for depressing love poetry today.
So of course I turn online to find a poem generator. I was expecting a lot of “Mad Libs” type of poems, where you put in nouns or colors or adjectives and then presto it becomes a poem…but man was I taken aback to find Rob’s Amazing Poem Generator!
In this seriously amazing website gadget, you insert the link of any webpage you would like to be used and it will randomly select words and code from the site to create a poem. This little gadget is better at writing poetry than most humans! I am quite impressed! Below are a few generated from various blog posts and pages of itmightbelove.com - I cleaned these up a little bit to make them more understandable, but for the most part they are completely randomly generated from the site.

Oh, I think we’ll be featuring more of these again soon! What a neat little website! If you’d like to try it one your own and share them with us, we would love to read them! You can send them “as-is” from the generator, or feel free to clean up the code a little to make it sound more like a poem like I did. You can also press “generate” again on the site if you don’t like the first one you find.
Enjoy!

My best friend told me about this site. I was totally impressed by how it works. Even if it’s not true it’s written in a way that makes you believe it.
